Apartment Constancia

Payment:

A 30% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation via PayPal. Please note that a 3.5% PayPal commission charge is added to all payments made via this method.  The balance of the accommodation is payable upon arrival and in cash Euros.

Security Deposit
A 250 euros cash deposit is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages caused during your stay. It also acts as a security against the apartment not being returned in clean condition i.e. all food is removed, all rubbish put in the dustbins, washing up is clean and put back in the cupboards, all keys are returned etc. In addition you will be asked to enter your credit card details on the checking in form giving us permission to debit your card with any costs for damage/breakages caused in excess of the cash deposit. Any such issues will be dealt with at the time of check out.

Keys
8 sets of keys are provided and one key for the swimming pool. Please note that if a front door key is left in the door then the lock cannot be opened from the outside and this will result in the attendance of a locksmith and the client will be liable to pay the fee. If keys are lost the replacement fee is 15 euros per key and the swimming pool key costs 50 euros to replace.

Cancellation
The 30% deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation with more than 30 days written notice a charge of another 20% will be due
Cancellation with less than 30 days written notice, 100% of the total cost of the stay becomes due.

It is therefore advisable that holiday insurance is taken as a precaution against cancellation charges.

Terms and Conditions
Only the number of persons entered on the booking form have permission to stay at Apartment Constancia.

No parties are permitted and it is understood that all guests will respect the privacy of neighbours. Should the police be called as a result of unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to tell you to leave the apartment and to terminate the contract forthwith without recourse to any form of compensation.

No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of Apartment Constancia, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition, no liability is acceptable for death, injury or illness of anyone booked or occupying the accommodation.

Our smoking policy is that smoking is permitted outside on the terrace, not inside of the apartment please.
